Seems the ass has fallen out of the z4 market doh

Seems that way, also the time of year isn't right.

Maybe sort the faults out and give it a service (looks to be overdue) and try again OP.

Looks like a nice car, I think the faults would put some buyers off though, most don't want to have to buy a car and spend cash on it straight away

As bad as it sounds not really overly bothered about selling it I love the car just funny who in a year the prices have fallen so much I paid 5500 for this 10 months ago and it’s done about 900 miles
The airbag light well it’s not really a fault I just need to turn it off

I think tbh you paid over the odds for a modified 3.0. Mine cost me £6500 6 years ago with 60k miles on. That was about the going rate at that time.

With the respray and other bits added, it's still a good buy. But you definitely need to be sorting those issues out before selling.

Airbag light takes 5 minutes to turn off if you use INPA. Door pin could be something simple. If not. remove doorcard and replace it. Won't take long.

Or you got a bargain

I think I paid the right price at the right time
I sold a2.5 with double the millage a year before for 4500 so it’s all relative like I said you got a bargain I dident over pay

Trying to help the sale,

You could list all the services with dates and mileage and list exactly what service was done and any extra's etc

Maybe also add some extra images of the exterior of the car & interior.

Not being negative, and appreciating what you paid, BUT IMO £6k for an 03 plate roadster is just too much.

I bought my own in April 16 with 53k on it, standard car, but only 2 owners and a full history, needing only the usual refurb of the 108's and I paid £3,800...

I'd say you are looking at a max of £4,500 for that car, sorry if this isn't what you wanted to hear but IF you do want to sell it the price needs to drop, plus as stated the "easily fixable" faults don't help, especially if a potential purchaser is new to the Zed..

Mike

Guys slow up !
I am by no means in any rush to sell this neither do I need any advice or help on selling it the price is 6 k or offers it’s worth what someone will pay for it like it was when I paid for it
And tbh my old rs is sold now so I will be taking it down
Cheers

In fact how do you delete a post ?

You cant but the mods can so Id pm them. Failing that just edit your first post and title to something like "removed from sale".
Some good advice here though, I know its not what you wanted to here but your into post facelift 3.0l money there for a car that's at least 3 years older and the colour doesn't have mass market appeal. Sorry!

Worth adding the ask price to post heading to avoid any confusion with the thread running so long ( or start a new one )
Also worth noting the car "Ranski" has listed Re pricing :( i accept yours has a bespoke paint finish but to my mind until Ranski sells his i can't see any other similar priced 3.0se getting a sniff of interest

queue the forum warriors :poke:

there is a price and personally don't care about other cars being priced if people want the car they will pay the price

Fair dos but if you're selling something you need a buyer for that to work  take or leave the advice , that's your prerogative

Nice looking car, hope it sells. To be fair, the guys on here are only looking to help you sell the car quickly, so if you list it here you need to take a constructive view on opinions.
