Hi all,

I have now taken photos (alebit not great ones because of the weather) and have the spec for anyone that is interested in the car. I will of course wash her again before she is collected to ensure shes looking her best for the new owner :) :D

Reason Im selling: I have a new journey to work which is further away so need a Diesel, I wouldnt be selling her if not for my new work location. (Had her since September 2013).

Price: £5k ONO

•87k miles - this will increase slightly as I use her daily
•53 plate - will come with private plate though
•3.0i SE
•Heated seats, black leather interior
•Cruise control
•Xenons
•Auto wipers and lights
•Rear parking sensors
•5 previous owners
•4x new Goodyear Eagle F1 tyres (approx 2k miles ago)
•MOT expiry 17/08/2015 (no advisories)
•Full service history by BMW and BMW specialists, due in 2k miles for an inspection 1 and brake fluid

The car is in a very good condition, apart from the bonnet has been keyed by someone so it has a scratch on it. I've attached some photos so you can see it. It hasn't been treated with anything, I have had a quote for repair at approx £350 but never got it done. Hopefully someone will be able to look past this and concentrate on what a lovely car she is!

Alloys have some kerb markings on them but other than that good condition.

The roof suffered a small tension tear last year, which has been repaired by a specialist in Godalming. It was at the very edge of the roof underneath body work near the boot so the repair is not visible. The car has been completely water tight ever since

The only other thing is the ashtray cover has never closed, which is apparently a known thing on Z4's, which is how I bought it, and never got the clip or ashtray replaced.

Please find photos below, if you need any other photos of roof down etc or more internal ones I have some old photos I can send over to you, or if any other questions please let me know. :driving:

Many thanks,

Emma :)

It would be worth filling, wet sanding and polishing up that scratch first.

For £325 a bodyshop would probably do a better job than chipsaway.

Yes of course, the new owner will be able to take to a body shop or get someone to do it if they notice it, I thought I would be proactive and get a few quotes for information for a potential buyer. :D

Give John @ JC Autobody a call.
If I'm not mistaken he did a load of work recently on the rather nice Red Astra GTE which can be seen in the background of your pictures. Would no doubt be cheaper and a whole lot better quality job than chips away.

Not sure what the rules are about posting details for suppliers in here but PM if you'd like his number.

Haha that would be my partners mums car! trust someone to notice that car in the background lol.

But yes good shout, I will pass his details onto the new owner hopefully!

Nice looking car and honest description- Out of my budget at the moment but will keep an eager eye on this thread :) good luck with the sale
