BMW Z4 2008 - Transport Mode

I purchased my car from an independent dealer at the start of the year, the A/C fan, rear window heater is not working. The ABS, hand brake warning lights are now on too!

One mechanic said car is in Transport Mode.

Another mechanic said he cannot communicate with the ABS unit at all which could be faulty and needs replacing, or it could be power off hence why he cannot communicate with the ABS?

After reading about Z4 online, i strongly believe my car is in Transport Mode which is creating all these problems above.

Can someone suggest what can be done? My local BMW dealer are being very awkward by saying that the car cannot be in Transport Mode when clearly online many Z4 drivers have had this problem!

Any help will be appreciated.
 
Defo sounds like transport mode, the main dealer is talking out of their arses as usual. Ducklakeview can do it for you and not too far away.

Yeh, very knowledgeable chap that runs a garage and has a Z4 himself. You probably can't pm him due to your post count. I'll pm him for you and point him here.
