2006 plate sorry guys

car looks great sprucy & the mileage/condition will definitely appeal but think the ask a tad high ?
totally separate can i ask how the "see you home" lights work ? is it a setting that needs programming or a specific extra ?

Just pull your light flasher with the key it off the ignition and the headlight should come on for 40 seconds as this seems to be thedefault.

Dont you just flick the indicator for the lights to be left on for a set time in seconds-30,60,90 etc?-thus enabling you to see your front door etc.

yeah i knew the Z did that but on mrs w's golf when you activate the alarm the lights stay on for short time & when deactivating they also come on. . Does it when lights are set to "auto" & a great feature when approaching car on dark nights in car parks .
just wondered if that's how sprucy's were set up ?

fingers crossed guys i should get it as if u look on auto trader you can see their about the same

hope it goes for you mate . its all about getting someone round . then the good cars sell themselves

It sounds like a dealer price, and the trade in finance warranty even the preparation all stacks that price up

Private sales can't offer any of that

I don't think my very tidy 07 2.5 si with 15k miles would get more than 10k even on a very sunny day

Just had a quick look on autotrader and can see plenty of 2006 3.0 litre cars between 9K and 11K with similar spec / miles with dealers... For a private sale I would expect to pay less. You've also picked a crappy time to sell. Good luck though!

No beating up - just cold, hard facts. I seriously hope it sells for as much as poss, however unrealistic expectations will only lead to wasted time for both the seller and buyer. Take a look on autotrader and pistonheads, gauge the market as it stands and react appropriately.

I can't find any with similar miles for less than 12K.... Quite a few are re SE whereas the Si is more desirable. Don't understand people knocking other's sales threads, if your not interested I can't really see the need to respond.

FFS - remind me not to have an opinion. Maybe you missed all the Good Luck / Hope It Sells For As Much As Poss parts of my posts.

Tis overpriced for a private sale though...
