BMW Wood Salisbury - Outstanding Customer Service

I've got to say that I'm always surprised at good customer service these days but Wood Salisbury really were outstanding. 8)

From the first phone call enquiring about the cost of an oil and brake fluid service (which was very reasonable) for my BMW Z4MC to the actual visit itself, they were a class act; attentive, professional, polite and always with a smile.

My 140 mile round trip was definitely worth it. If you're not sure where to service your car then you can't go wrong with these guys.

Ask for Nick Dewey. Top bloke. 8)

Very pleased for you.Thankfully i am not 70 miles from Salisbury but may consider it.My nearest dealership Snows Portsmouth are the most ignorant, unhelpful people i've ever met and i wouldn't give them any business.Chandlers,Worthing are very good but lack parking and it always scares me to leave the car there.Must add,i spent 20 years in main dealerships and if i was DP of Snows Portsmouth there would be a "senior service advisor" seeking employment elsewhere.

Moved here last year from Devon and am mid point between the two
Decide on gut feel to try Chandlers as they mirrored the Dealer I used in Devon and had read bad vibes about Snows
all suits chrome and bad attitude
Chandlers are as you say very (very) good all about the customer not smart ar*ed salesmen who only want leasing /business sales as in Snows
Parking a problem but they are working on a new site close by apparently ,current site worth a fortune for housing no doubt and
I do normally wait for cars when in for what ever.
In fact Tyre specialist matched Micheldever for new Michelin RFTs for the Z4
Almost a pleasure to hand the CC across the counter

Used Woods in Odiham when I was gainfully employed .It was 10 years ago but they were also excellent then for sales and service and like to think the ethos
remains ,seems to be in the group

Thats odd, they have always been excellent for me, helpful beyond necessity, knowledgeable, polite - both with the purchase and aftercare - one of the service guys picks up and drops my car off from winchester at my convenience. Never go anywhere else!

You must be the exception to the rule, don't even get me started in them.
