I have to say that some time ago, when I had an e85, I pulled these guys to bits over numerous errors and issues with their service.
Years on, now with my e89 hitting issues like the 296 wheel cracking problem, I can say the new staff they have there are extremely helpful, to the point that they intimate the best way to get things you want via warranty or otherwise. Some dealers will fob you off with 'can't do that' 'bmw won't do that', but in my experience they've really turned around their service and of the handful of times the car has been back to them for either servicing or warranty work, they've been organised and courteous. A far stretch from prior dealings some years back.
