BMW VALLET SPECIAL OFFER £60.00

What's this? Official valeting at the dealers? I saw the guys cleaning the cars - they didn't look much better than those at the American Car Wash, to be frank.

I don't suppose they use any of the Seal & Protect products? (Wishful thinking...)

If you've seen how some of these people wash cars you wouldnt go near them. The only person that washes my car is me, the worse item ive seen them use is one of these on the paint work.....

What's wrong with using (what I presume to be) a drying blade? I was thinking of getting an Autoglym one... :?

The concern is that it will drag any particles of dirt/grit that haven't been washed off along the paintwork and contribute to swirling, etc.

You're far better buying a decent microfibre to dry. I still use a combination of a chamois followed by a microfibre, although I know I shouldn't be using a chamois for the same reason as the blade.

Not even - you could buy a good quality one from cleanyourcar or Halfords which will last ages.
