I recently came across http://www.cooper-bmw-parts.co.uk/ which I've found really useful for pricing up BMW parts in £ sterling. I haven't seen it mentioned on here so thought it could be useful, apologies if this is a repost.
I've been getting part numbers from http://bmwfans.info/ and then copying them into the part number search box. It only works if you remove all the spaces though. I've bought a few parts from the BMW dealer in Reading and they cost exactly what it said they would.
