BMW style 103 alloy wheels x 5

Having recently made the switch to the style 107 elipsoid wheels, I am reluctantly putting these up for sale. I would ideally love to keep them, but with my X1 needing tyres all round  I need to raise some funds sadly...

Wheels are genuine BMW style 103, fully refurbished in May 2020 and 4 are in fantastic condition, bar one small kerb mark on one (done by previous owner - he said he could have cried when it happened!). The 5th wheel is a spare, in reasonable condition and with a good tyre, except for a small chunk out of the tyre rim (pictured).

Tyres are all between 6-7mm, decent budget run-flats.

Looking for £400 ono. Collection from near Oxford or I can arrange courier for £45 through Paisley Freight.

Cheers, Tony

Hi Tony.

A quick heads up - forum rules require For Sale ads to include a price.

My otherwise immaculate E85 has one 103 wheel which could do with refurbishing. If you'd be happy to sell one of the three unmarked wheels I'd be interested. If so, let me know - I'm in Didcot, so could collect anytime. Failing that, I'll give Smart Rimz a call!

Doh, I even knew this from looking through previous posts!

Took so long to attach all the images, I plum forgot!

Thank you mate, edited now :) I’d rather not split them, the spare is noticeably different. Smart Rimz are decent and Oxford Performance Autos in Freeland are meant to be very good too...

Who wants to go first......

Well another forum user seemed to think I had a vendetta when I made comments about his 108’s, so I’m leaving well alone :D

What they are trying to say is . . . 103s are nice but they’re not exactly A-list rims, and budget run flats, people will pay to get them removed. The asking price may be a bit optimistic.

Fair enough :D It’s been a long time since I’ve sold wheels. The market seems all over the place! I thought £100 per wheel and tyre was reasonable, but maybe I’ll have to review!

I actually really like the 103’s, but I like the 107’s more. Plus it turns out my car was originally spec’d with the 107’s (and a hardtop) which have disappeared through the years...

I think it's a reasonable price for 5 wheels plus tyres (are they run flat or just extra load ?)

They may only be 103s, but... theyre the best set of 103s ive seen. Sure there is someone out there who wants to downsize to 17s, but wants to do it with an immaculate set of BMW OEM wheels. GLWTS

Decent looking set of wheels to be fair but as others have said the run flat tyres will put people off and many are looking to upsize to 18" or 19" wheels. I ended up selling my 103s for £150 with non run flats. I know you are selling 5 but there's nowhere to put the spare in a Zed. Good luck with the sale though
