So I joined this forum to get advice about our E89 roof 
By pure luck, while I was taking photos to post I found a sticker in the boot for 'The Zed Shed' in Burtonwood, nr Warrington. So I rang and Mike, the owner, said bring it down I'll get it sorted. So we did and an hour later he'd fixed the roof, diagnosed all the problems and given us loads of advice on things we could fix ourselves, then when he gave us the bill it was a fraction of what we were expecting this issue to cost us. We've since been back to him today for a service at a third of main dealer prices. I won't post all the details as you can Google it easy enough but I would highly recommend to anyone anywhere in the UK, there was a couple there today who had come down from Aberdeenshire for their roof problems as a local auto electrician had really messed them about. Mike had them fixed and off back home happy.
I hope this kind of recommendation is allowed as I feel like I've hit gold and would like to share it
