bmw performance steering wheel

this one, its got a data logger, oil and water temp, lap timer and optimum shift lights

Looks nice, I bet it's not cheap though. If you do go for it, I would be interested in your M steering wheel for the right price :thumbsup:

I like the look of the gearknob in that pic, wonder how much it costs.... Would it fit the Z4?

Not cheap for a lump of metal with some scraps of material, but I think it may suit the Z4 quite well.

Will it fit? They seem to have different ones for the 1 series and 3 series. Would a 3 series version fit?

I'd probably want a matching Alacantra shift boot, black with red stitching would be nice. Then I'd want to have a matching handbrake..... this could get expensive :oops:
 
They fitted one to a 135i M sport in January's BMW Car Magazine, cost £621.49.

Bottome line thinkg it will only work with 1 series and new 3 series from what I have seen
 
It also appears quite large. Perhaps too large in comparison to the Z4 wheel which has a smaller radius in contrast.
