BMW one bottle roof care-

Jamie
To be honest I don't know but it could be as Mini is pretty integrated into BMW
The local friendly Mini dealer should tell you or in handbook you may get guidance on what to use and or if it refers to the BMW agent .....
The BMW agent is in an aerosol and is highly volatile spray garage still reeked 24 hrs after spraying the hood
but looked like new after treatment.
cheers

ok cheers mate will look in to it - i'd imagine its the same as i've looked @ the hood construction and its very simmlar,

the only thing with living near the sea is that its full of sand!

sunny Blackpool mate - its right on the front, covered in sand constantly, my interior looks like it has the beige carpets from factory :(

Ah
Well as I said we are hoping to move to nr Chichester or rather Goodwood :driving:
of again tomorrow to see another house :headbang: bit further away from sea

apologies to every one else clearly O/T

Sorry to go back O/T :P But I did find a BMW waterproofer: http://stephenjamesparts.co.uk/epages/eshop113974.sf/en_GB/?ObjectPath=/Shops/eshop113974/Products/%2283%2012%209%20407%20802%22

Doesn't say if it's for Z4/Mini/whathaveyou. I've got a cleaning manual with my Z4, and while it warns against lots of different things it doesn't explicitly warn against this stuff. Just mentions to use BMW products yadda yadda yadda.

Hardly going to do any damage waterproofing the hood is it.

I put mine in the garage, should I leave it in the rain, as BMW say the roof fabric is meant to absorb water. :poke:
