As some know, i broke my last whippy trying to put on the stubby, i bought a replacement aerial set from BMW and i only needed the whippy itself and not the base unit, if anyone needs it they are ofcourse welcome!

I have a original whippy and stubby. The signal is weaker on the stubby and so I don't use the stubby. Will the amplifier help me get a better signal? Will the amplifier boost the signal with the original whippy?

If so I'll take it at asking.

I am not sure, i think all E85 and E86 models come with the base amplifier as standard, not sure if you will require it or not.
Would we worth looking.
