So does anybody have a spare 36K for a M5

May need a polish and a little bit of filler. Not as much as project Marmite thou :wink:

Christ it had better be! That's knackered the sill, it will definitely have buggered the chassis!

How can it be worth so much then if there is £30k plus worth of damage to the car?
 
Yep, engine gearbox interior, non smashed panels, brakes, suspension, diff.... Iirc the propshaft is carbon fibre, and the brakes are like a 6grand option...?
 
So basically you'd have to strip it to get the money back?

I have seen worse cars fixed up to as good as new and back on the road.. but insurance companies are not stupid... for a high ticket item car with low mileage to be written off the chasis on that has got to be pretty messed up.
