They are fairly easy to remove. There are two pins which push into the wing and double-sided tape all around.
An old credit card (or anything fairly stiff, thin and plastic) is good to get under the edges of the badge to start. They can then be levered gently all around to break the adhesive seal. I used a small bladed screwdriver covered in electrical tape so not to scratch anything.
Once the adhesive seal is broken all around, they should pop off. If the pins break, just push them through from the outside.
Clean any adhesive residue off the wing with a gentle adhesive remover or alcohol (I use T-cut as it works and doesn't do any damage).
New ones are a doodle (as long as the pins are correct), just expose the tape and push them on.
