BMW Latest position on Broken Springs Claims:

They have to fix it as its within 6 months of purchasing the car. Take it back to the garage where u bought it and ask them to pay

It's not from a BMW dealer & as it came from a long way from where I live, I took it without any other warrantee as it still had over a month on the original BMW warrantee. I just wanted to see what BMW would do in this case. So, if yours is about to run out, get your springs checked before it does!
 
Doesn't have to be a dealer. As long as its a garage/ business of some sort they will need to fix it
 
Sadly if you buy a BMW from a non BMW Stealer they will not touch it if things go wrong my mate is a tech for BMW thats how i know hope you get it sorted mate
