BMW INDY Southport?

Anyone know a good BMW indy garage in the Southport or Merseyside area that they would recommend ? Had both the Vacpump oil seals and valve cover seals done and still leaking oil onto the cat so need someone who knows what they are doing to have a look- thanks in anticipation
 
Never used them but there's an indy BMW place on Virginia street called Linwar Motors

I didn't think Linwar touched much made after about 1990 - they wouldn't touch my 1990 or 1994 e34 M5s when I asked (albeit about a decade ago now).

For stuff I need doing locally, I take my Z4M to Graham Martin in St Helens.
 
Give Mike a call at the Zed Shed, he's not too far from you. I drive up in my Z4MR from Coventry when I need work done. He knows his stuff.

Not a great way to get new customers! Dont know anymore indys but i bought my zed from Steve Newman and it had a couple of bits to sort out as part of the deal and he used Stokers Garage on Hawkshead Street. I use Walmayne on Linaker Street for my mots servicing and minor repairs as its just down the road from where i work.
 
Thanks for the reply's will get some quotes for the work on the seals from the garages you mention- Both the valve cover seal and vac pump seal were replaced at the Zed Shed a few months ago - there is still an oil leak from the same area - mike has gone silent on me despite a number of phone calls and messages etc to try and get him to look at it again :headbang:

your not the first but I'm sure you know that. Ive seen a lot of recommendations for dlv but also a couple of threads from people who have had bad experiences, you pay your money and take your chance I suppose. That wasn't you today around 4pm at churchtown lights was it? Sterling grey e85 08 reg
 
Hi mackharry - wasn’t me at churchtown lights- mines a titan silver - was out today though giving her a blast up to Penwortham and back to see my folks- hate trying to find a decent garage /mechanic - like Russian roulette
