BMW Festival @ Gaydon - Sunday 5th August - Convoy details?

For those that don't know already, there's the annual BMW Festival meet this Sunday at the Heritage Motor Centre in Gaydon.

A few details about the day are here...

I know a few people have said they're going to this. Do we want to make a time and place to meet up and drive there in convoy?

The easiest way for myself and I guess others around London and the M25 is to go up the M40 as the centre is a minute from Jct12.

My guess is perhaps to meet at Oxford services in the morning? Not sure what time the show even starts yet but it's probably about 40 mins drive from those services, so perhaps a meet at around 9.30 to get there just after 10?

Any thoughts?

There's a lay-by on Gaydon Road about half a mile after you guys get off the M40, I'll meet you there or in the car park. Just let me know what time you think you will arrive.
