BMW feedback form

Got a feedback form today as we all do....does anyone bother?
Seems like a good chance to moan about quirks of the car and dealers...

So any ideas about things to moan about?

So far all I can think of is bmw shying away from the realisation that the springs on the z4 snap too easily! Anything else?
 
Isn't it just to do with customer service though regarding the service/repair you had carried out recently?
 
Perhaps you could find a couple of good things to say, then your form won't get dumped in the 'moaning bugger, standard letter of thanks for feedback' bucket. Just sayin' :wink:
 
There is a section for what I think about my car so it's not all related to the recent service experience...

Ill def mention the springs, voice my concerns at a possible fail of roof motor,
