BMW Dealership info - Noresonses so bought a new Zed

Has anyone had dealings with BMW Highgate good or bad experiences?

I am in the process of trying to secure adeal on a Z4 and having nothing but problems especially trying to get someone to make decisions on whether an offer made is acceptable or not. Driving me mad and thinking of giving up.
 
Well for once a nil response proved to be a good outcome. I persevered and eventually got the deal I wanted and collected my new car from London on Sunday. Despite driving a total of 9 hours mainly on motorway and enduring the 50mph restrictions on the M1, I returned home wearing a very wide grin all the way and am a very happy bunny indeed

Only dealership photos at the moment but will post more once I have got a decent polish and wax on it

Th30dor3 brought his to the English/Welsh meet on the weekend and it looked fabulous in the flesh.

The car is an ex demo that I have been keeping an eye on for a while, only has 1500 miles. The spec reads

Well equipped to say the least but would appeciate some advice on cleaning products for the Alacantra bits and the panels on the doors which are suede / velour.

Has it got the black individual roof ?
 
Was that the Hexagon franchise that recently changed over to Spire? What was the overall experience?

Nope just the same colour although if it had I would have liked it just as much. Both look great

That's the one.

They took some bargaining but they gave in to my original offer eventually.

I found them OK to deal with but they are sods for not returning calls or emails. I was always the one contacting them. For instance there is a slight scratch on the nearside alloy where someone has curbed it and they asked if I wanted to delay completion for a few days for them to sort it or take it and they would arrange to have it done at my local dealer at no cost. No brainer so I took it and despite a couple of emails and an appointment being made by me still no contact between the dealerships. I have no doubt it will be done but I will have to sort it.

would I recommend them as dealership- No would I put anyone off using them - No
