Log into your mybmw app and there should be a ConnectedDrive shop.
It may ask you to log in to see what’s available for your car.
They may not be doing service inclusive this year, but if they are it should appear today or at some point this week.
I can’t see it as I don’t have a car registered on mybmw app at the moment.
[ref]Argyll Andy[/ref], did you do an update 11 days ago?

He said "if it's like last time". I guess it's many years ago (e.g before 2018). My previous F10 was bought in 2016 and at that time, the service inclusive package is £575 for 5 Years/ 50k Miles. Then, sometime in 2017, the service inclusive package change to £575 for 3 Years/30k miles. Some point between 2018-2020 (more towards 2020), BMW stopped doing service inclusive package and starts the pay monthly service plan.Scubaregs said:ori, where will you see the offer? Scubaregs said:ori, App is saying Service inclusive is not available to buy for the G29, wonder if that will change on the 24th?
Weirdly, high beam assistant is back at full price.

If the current version shown there is 07.2021, then it's already latest and it's been updated without you noticed anything (assuming your car's built date is earlier than June 2021, otherwise, the car come with latest SW from factory).

I'm on 03.2021.50 and both car and app saying no update available.

Maybe one further thing to make sure is that when you connect your phone to the car, you not only connect the Bluetooth, but also the Wi-Fi and enable the App connection. Easiest way to check this is when the car says connected to phone, open your phone’s Wi-Fi setting page and see whether it is connected to some hotspot with BMW in its name.Scubaregs said:Weird, I assume it will roll down shortly.

Scubaregs said:The app itself should tell me if an update is available surely?
Both car and the app should tell you when new upgrade is available. The Wi-Fi connection is needed when preparing for the upgrade. I’m not too sure whether the car can upgrade itself without phone app. The software is around 1GB and with phone app, the software can be downloaded without generating any mobile data to the built in 4G sim whose fee is covered by BMW.Scubaregs said:Yep, pretty sure that's how I will get the notification.
q96169we said:If you are referring to G29, then there is a RSU available recently. If you've already performed this RSU, then I don't think dealer software update will make any difference to the speed camera subscription. But it's just my thought
I'm not 100% sure. Just wondering, which version your G29 is? 20i or 30i or 40i? Based on what Scubaregs said, it seems the 07.2021 RSU for 30i has not yet rolled out. But dealer (as well as the factory) should already have the software to update based on what I read other place. So, maybe dealer is trying to install this version for you so that you don't need to wait for RSU to roll out. Also, I think dealer can update more modules than the RSU can if you report any issue with the car. Easiest way to check is the "Remote Software Upgrade" page in the iDrive. See what version it currently is and see whether the version will be changed after the dealer update.Ian J said:q96169we said:If you are referring to G29, then there is a RSU available recently. It is a G29 but the dealer has said that they need the car for several hours as it takes a long time so I'm not sure whether it's the same thing that My BMW has flashed up as available
