I gave them a call and was told that I should have the recall letter by the end of September.. :thumbsup:

Thats a $2,200 parts only savings. Labor to do it would have been extra.

I would think so. Have you been having issues? When I get mine done, can post the information. :thumbsup:

As I reported yeaterday the Z4 did not get forgot!!! At least some didn't and mine is one of them. 2004 2.5i

To respond to the problem, BMW said it would extend the warranty to 10 years without any mileage limit for the following vehicles: 2006 6 Series, 2006 3 Series with standard seat, 2004-2005 Z4, 2004-2006 7 Series, 2006 X5, and 2004-2006 5 Series with comfort seats. :cry: Getting a free extended warranty is nice :)
