BMW 65756944875 Module, radar burglar alarm

I in the process of installing the optional alarm on my 2003 BMW Z4 3.0i and have acquired the horn and the tilt sensor, however I need your help in identifying the following part and location attached picture. Is this part already in my car or do I need it too prior to coding the alarm?

That is the interior ultrasonic detector and it is in the center console behind the emergency brake handle. It is optional and is not required to code the rest of the alarm. I installed my alarm a few months ago with only the tilt sensor and the horn and it works fine. When you code it you just have to code the ultrasonic sensor off.

I used NCS Expert but BMW Scanner 1.4 works too.
