My thoughts were to have Mm fabricate a proper roof for it :poke:

Coming from the guy who couldn't stop harking on about his Z coupe, only to sell it within the first year (8 months?) of ownership :)

Getting back on track - good luck with the ongoing sale!

As it was a 3rd car in the household & not a necessity i decided to sell to pursue other alternatives with the cash .
As stated at the time It wasn't being sold to find alternative vehicle or because i had fallen out with it .
The offer to PX my tourer was tongue in cheek as in reality i neither want or desire a roadster,a manual gearbox or indeed a 3rd car

Perhaps if you sold off all your M wannabe bits & pieces Richard you could afford the real deal

Best of luck jimbob although at £10k this surely must bring a cash sale

How desperate are you to sell....must be really desperate, which is always a pity, as this IS WAY TOO CHEAP FOR AN M......the basement price should be 12k, with avg mls and condition......don't give it away mate/someone buy this soon, please

Hi Craig,

Desperate in the sense of I'll have the wrath of my misses if it doesn't go. In all honestly, it needs to sell and there's M's that are better spec'd that are pushing my price to where its at.

I'd rather it goes to a fellow forum member though.

Just started looking for a z4m, and this might just tick all the boxes.

Will show the OH, and see what he thinks.

Get on it mooney ! only a fool would pass this up if they were seriously looking for a M roady

Again, I've seen this in the metal and Jamie is a great bloke who has sorted absolutely all the things that needed sorting. This is THE bargain of the century for someone.

He'd have had a buyer as well Saturday had I sold my Zed :poke:

Hi everyone,

Well, I had a long and frank discussion over the weekend with my mrs about how much we're selling the car for, how much we'd be losing and that it doesn't make sense.

I explained everything and finally made her realise that we'd lose out in the long run. I've promised her a car but I'll save up for a cheap little (safe) run around for her and the bub over the next 6 months.

A few of the forum members on here (actually most of you) made me realise these last few days that this is a cheap ///M. Probably too cheap. By me pushing for a sale at such a low price just means that other ///M owners would be forced to follow suit because people would expect that price.

So....i'm not selling my beloved Z4M anymore. I'm instead allowed to keep hold of her and cherish her forever :driving:

I might even do a bit more work on her...before I do though, I "must" save up for a little car for the other half :)

I read all of this, whilst thinking "my god I should buy that, I love it, it's the perfect spec for me" to get to the conclusion of "i'm not selling any more" :x

Jamie - It has to be said, that is a worthwhile move for you!

Once I buy one, we'll have to meet up so I can check this car out for myself!

Nice to see you are keeping a special car which you clearly wanted to. I did wonder whether your 'it must sell!' pricing scared a few people off.
