BMW 0845 478 9714 - What is it for?

I had a call from this number but couldn't answer it. I googled it and it appears to be BMW. I recently took out the extended warranty. Previously I have received a few calls from the dealership using a withheld number asking if I still have my car etc. One of these calls was a bit ambiguous and was when I was busy at a wedding. The girl sounded like she couldn’t be @rsed and wouldn’t get to the point of the call. I pointed out these are the kind of calls that stop me buying from them and not to call again.

Is the above number something to do with the warranty or are they after wasting my time again with more marketing sh!te?

Yep whenever i deal with Batemans I usually get a call afterwards regarding the service I recieved etc.
