I have seen quite a few posts in various threads about BMS Surrey, but not a single thread dedicated to them in the dealer feedback section - so I thought I'd start one!
I chose to go with BMS Surrey despite there being a few BMW specialists much closer to where I live. This is because they came highly recommended on here but also because they were unbeatable on price.
Lee replaced the starter motor and the brake fluid on my Z4 3.0Si yesterday, and all in it came to far, far less than anyone else was quoting. I have nothing but positive things to say about them! Super helpful on the phone when I initially rang up, professional, friendly and completed the job in exactly the quoted time. Lee also gave the car a once over (free health check) and saw that one of the rear exhaust hangers has snapped clean off, and also there was a little play in the front wishbone bushes.
Based on my experience I would definitely use them again, and recommend them to anyone in the area looking to have work done. I am in the process of booking my car in again to have Poly bushes fitted and the exhaust hanger welded.
