BMMINIPARTS, anyone having trouble

Ordered and paid for a few small bits from BMminiparts , goods haven't arrived, they don't answer email or phone calls

Anyone had similar experience?

Ive ordered off them before and never had any issues, 3 times I have used them and 3 times its turned up in a few days, only issue was my end once as it was too large to leave in my hidey hole and so I had to go and pick it up from the depot.
