Diggler
There are many on the market. Parrot seems the most comon, but I don't think they interface, using their own display instead.
Having done a lot of research I opted to retrofit an OEM system in my X5 and it's spot on. Works on the sat nav screen perfectly. Steering wheel buttons control it, voice though the speakers, built in car mike, volume control on the wheel, etc.
How well it interfaces depends on 2 things 1) which generation of ULF module you have (there are 13 with 1 being useless) and 2) which phone. They work from nil to perfect. Check the BMW site and a thread on this forum somewhere.
So bringing this back to the Z4.
Bimmernav have just launced a Z4 kit which I'm in the process of ordering.

Martin is the contact and very helpful
I also saw on Ebay and purchased one today - a 12th generation ULF for just £125. Cheapest I've ever seen for almost the latest model:

Merge those 2 together and you'd have an OEM system that will work on sat nav, MFSW control, etc. etc.
OK - so a long answer but it may benefit others interested in an OEM system in the Z
