Bluetooth software update?

I got a HTC Hero and it can't connect. I heard a Bluetooth update might fix the problem. Is there anywhere I can download the update or do I need to take it to a Stealer?

Try first deleting all current pairings by holding down the Bluetooth button until you hear beeps... This is what i needed to do on my Windows Mobile T-Mobile MDA Compact 3 and Iphone 3G before they would pair...

If not, i believe its a hardware-only upgrade iirc...

yep, would be an ebay job to swap the module.

if your car is 2006+ there aren't a huge amount of changes in the hardware anyway.
