Bit confused on voice recognition bluetooth. Is it on all Factory fitted bluetooth and just have to opt for it to be activated at the dealer. Or do you have to buy a unit to activate. I've seen a unit on ebay but doesn't look anything like my bluetooth unit in my boot?

Your module as you know is located in the boot and about 20 cm x 10cm. There are 13 generations and iirc from 8 onwards has voice. With an '06 you should have a later generation unless oyu retrofitted the ULF.
If you tell me the part number off it I'll look up the version and whne home take a look at my pdf on using it.
Frankly after the fun and technical challenge of setting it up it's a waste of time to use.
