Probably the lock for the flap then

He doesn’t have the nav computer so could be the power for that. The cd changer also has a power plug taped to the bottom

Push the cd button on the head unit and it should enable bluemusic to be paired to your phone
I don't have a CD button but I did put it in CD mode and that didn't work.

Did you scroll through mode?
Yes but suspect the issue is more fundamental - the device isn't even showing as available when I do a Bluetooth scan :headbang:

Check to see if there is a fuse in the fuse box for the cd changer.

It may be missing as the car didn't come with the cd changer.

Absolutely spot-on - you've made me a very happy man :D

Dropped the glovebox and found I was one fuse short of a full set - #48.

Popped in the requisite 7.5 amp and hey presto the BlueMusic adapter appeared in devices and I was able to connect

I also removed the centre console panel and noticed an unattached wiring harness - not sure what it's for but I plugged it back - it's the white one in this photo
It's for the central locking. It locks and unlocks the center console door.

I didn't realise it locked but that would make sense to avoid anyone reaching in and opening it when the roof is down

I had the top today so thought I'd test the locking mechanism and it did indeed work - nice feature that considering there is no manual locking ability as there is with the glovebox
