New - never used. Like this one: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0773MX7BG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_FM7FBDXQQ4CBVBPB8CE4/?tag=z4fo-21

£27.50 shipped UK. Connects to the CD changer connection for the best BT sound.

Mark - no, the intravee is in the cd changer location as well. We took the intravee out when installing the CarPlay unit with these BT modules for sound in my other M, cared for by Bing.

Is there anything else needed for this to work? The Amazon website mentions a DSP adapter?

if you don't have DSP it's plug and play

I have seen someone with dap in another video say they didn't need the adaptor either, but if you don't have DSP you definitely don't need it

Straight on the cd changer, nothing else. That powers it and when you put the audio on the CD changer setting it plays the sound.

I have dsp but I really don’t see why that is related though as it uses the CD source?

No, this has to be plugged in at the cd changer cabling end. If you have a cd changer, that needs to be disconnected. If you don’t have a cd changer and you are in the UK, the cables are stuck down in the centre console and that is where you plug this in.

Some pics here where they are shown: https://www.zpost.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1230786
