Assuming you have the 4 number passcode ?
From memory on my ZC it goes like this ,
activate your phone to bluetooth
storage lid down revealing phone cradle
press & hold for 6/8 seconds the button next to phone cradle & turn ignition key to 1st notch(so nav screen raises & illuminates)
Pairing should appear ? i think with a choice of emergency or phone ?
Or this might help http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8blfYhM0CpU

Go through the process to delete all existing pairings then attempt to pair it again. This has worked for a lot of us.

If you don't have the book, shout out and I'll go find it.

Yep , if you haven't got the instruction book for telephone can copy the relevant page for you no trouble

To clear all pairings:

Hold the button in the armrest for about 3 seconds then while keeping it held, turn the ignition key to position 1. Release the button after a further 3 seconds. (This is the same process to initiate pairing)

"Bluetooth Pairing" should be displayed. If not, start again

Press the button again for about 10 seconds and you should see "Paired Devices Deleted"

Then turn the ignition key to off and all is done.

Turning the key to off after pairing or deleting paired devices is important.

success all sorted now thanks guys it looks like I was just hold the button down just a bit too long

Had an issue with my iPhone this morning as it wasn't connecting for some reason, despite having been connected in the past. Tried to re-pair as I know how to do that and it's worked before, but I don't have the manuals so used Stu's post to delete all devices and start again - cheers buddy

Complete long shot, but does anyone know if it's possible to connect two phones at the same time ?

Bing you can only connect one at a time via bluetooth, you can pair more but only the first to connect can be used if you have more than 1 paired phone in the car
if that makes sense :D

Makes complete sense - especially as you posted it twice to reinforce the point :D (I know, bloody tapatalk apparently...).

Think I will keep my iPhone connected for now and use a headset with my work Berry. Until that gets boring because the headset keeps running out of juice and I decide to swap over.
