Looks like it just needs pairing or the Bluetooth switching on, on the phone.

Bit more detail would help. Has it been paired before and worked, is it a new phone to yet be paired, etc.

Opps sorry - i have a Samsung galaxy 5

it used to work, but not really used for a year..

i have enabled blue tooth on my phone - and it does not find anything

i dont see any menu's under the phone menu on the screen either...is this normal if nothing is paired?

Sounds like you just need to re-pair it, then should work

cant re-pair it..as my phone does not find the bluetooth device..

phone works fine in my other car

You have to get the car to find the phone, key in the 4 digit code to your phone and pair it that way.
Lots of guides to it on the forum if you search.

I had a similar issue. Try holding down the pair button for 10 seconds to remove all phones from the car. Remove car saved in your phone by "forgetting" the device. Then try pairing again. Also, as it took me a while and some help off here to work this out - make sure you turn the car off after it pairs otherwise it keeps looking I believe.

Sam - your pair button is in the drop down centre console (where the phone holder is), at the front. As JAD states, press an hold it down to start the pairing. You will need your 4 digit PIN (usually located as a sticker on your phone manual or on the actual bluetooth module)

BTW - looks like you have v32.2 firmware installed which is a custom version, for speed cameras. It has the effect of setting some menu options to French...
