Having spent a good few hours on friday detailing my car and autoglymming the roof (cheers to my nan for lending me her garrage overnight, it all blew away the 1st time i tried) I was absolutely gutted when I got to the car yesterday to find that it had been absolutely covered in seagull sh!t...........on the paintwork roof and windows
I cleaned it off this morning (hot but not soapy water on the roof as it's been treated) and when I got to the car this afternoon I found it had been covered again...AAARRRRRGGGGHHHHHH!!
Does anyone else live by the coast and have this to contend with? Any tips to keep them away (apart from standing vigil with a 2.2 air riffle!). As as far as I can see there's only my zed and the mrs's corsa on our road that have seen even a spong over the winter never mind getting waxed, and it's only ever our cars that are covered in sh!t, do they aim for the shiny ones?!?!
