blocked hotmail account help!!!!!

My hotmail account has been blocked and i cant recover it , i cant change the email address to send the new code to just keeps coming up with some other email address and if you try changing it it comes up with web page expired, Any ideas ?

How have you tried to recover it? Have you been here http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/hotmail/help-center?

Yep just filled in the form and hopefully there send me the new code to my partners email, just got to wait for answer now

It's a pain, hence I started using email addresses from my own domain name or ISP even.
