It's off to London for the wife and I. Flying out of Frankfurt-Hahn tomorrow at :cry: 6:30 AM and with an hour fifteen minute drive to the flughaven. We will have to get up in the wee hours. Will stay the first night in the Ilford area of Essex to check out some Caterhams and Westfields at Hallmark Motorsports. Then on to Westminster Borough. Staying at an apartment across from Regents park. Fly back to Germany late Monday afternoon. Looks to be pretty decent weather.
 
Have a great weekend in London big dog. I'm glad there is a reason for the first night in Ilford. It's not the most scenic part of East London that's for sure!!

Your location for the rest of the weekend sounds spot on though! :thumbsup:

In all honesty. The Ilford overnight was a bit of an accident. The wife and I were going to fly into Stansted on Thursday evening (2300) We thought that it might be a bit late. So we changed our Ryan air flight to Friday morning. Imagine my shock when I printed the boarding passes and they showed Thursday morning not Friday. Roh! Roh! :slaphead: We made a big Boo Boo and changed the time but not the date. So when handed lemons. One should make lemonade. The extra day gives us a chance to check out those Lotus 7 cars. Which we were not going to be able to do otherwise.

Or a nice curry on Brick Lane and a wander round Spitalfields.

Or a stroll around Shoreditch and Aldgate and see the new London emerging!
