Blasting and painting

Some Escort Cosworth parts that came in to be dealt with; these were soda blasted, paint prepped with POR 15 pre paint, then sprayed with POR 15 which is second to none in the rust prevention area for cars etc, imho, and it’s the stuff Reddish use for their M3 restorations. I much prefer it to powder coating as it’s doesn’t chip, and if something does hit it hard enough to chip it, water won’t crawl underneath the powder and rot your chassis. It’s expensive but incredible stuff.

Very nice - out of curiosity, how much do you break when doing that work? I could imagine that some of the rotten stuff is so far gone that it just disintegrates.

It's fantastic to see these bits cleaned up and returned to almost new condition, especially the silver coloured bits (technical term). Well done and I am pleased that your business is doing well.

The transformation is incredible John. For the right car no doubt worth every penny.
