The car is running a very good coilover kit and the engine is now bullet proof.

I do agree that it would be ideal to find a pair of electric M seats but the car is at the bottom of the market price wise due to the mileage and I suspect a prospective buyer would likely track it our use it as a fun car.

Had quite a but of interest already so hopefully someone will buy it!

It looks like a good car with future proofing work already done! As with all forums you cannot please everyone, there will always be one to be perhaps more negative than need be!

If it's the B16 PSS10 kit (I don't believe the B14 PSS kit was ever available for the Z4M) then it offers 30-50mm of lowering.

So it will depend on where it's been set, as they're height-adjustable and whether any thicker spring mounts were fitted. I asked my installer to keep it to no more than -10mm on mine as I have some aggressive speed cushions where I live.

GLWTS and there were a couple of pairs of black M seats on here recently for good prices.
 
Good luck with the sale. It is very good value. Just for the record, adverts on here nearly always get a hard time with members regularly remarking that an advert doesn’t include enough information or might be misleading, forgetting entirely that it is up to the buyer to do due diligence. Your write up was fine and it was clear to see the vehicle had non standard seats and other non standard parts. I accept that a non-enthusiast might not spot this but I would wager that 99% of ZM buyers will have done their home work. And a lot of ZMs don’t have embossed headrests. None of those I looked at did.

I am a massive car enthusiast and always try and he as thorough and honest as i can be on car adverts and you always expect varying feedback and opinions, usually on price!

Honestly I wonder sometimes - world gone mad n all - that's an absolute bargain exactly as it is as the price you've got it up for - I'd be seriously interested if I didn't already have my very own moneypit :lol:

Don't know if I've overlooked it, but have you said where you're based?

Has the airbox simply been mapped to work or mapped for power?

When was the suspension fitted, and has it been serviced since?

KT1 Surrey

Airbox mapped to ensure correct power delivery and fueling

Suspension has 1.5k miles on it so very new

I remember that car now! :roll:

Nick lived near me and came to have a look at mine to make sure he'd fit in one before he bought it! He'd had E46 M3s before so knew what to expect with an S54.

He brought it round after he'd had the induction kit fitted at BMR. It sounded fantastic and I remember thinking it looked a pretty clean example.

Someone just needs to buy it!
