Mine's Sept 2007 and black. A friend of a friend had November 2006 and it was silver.

It's a well known fact that those engines with a silver cover produce 70bhp more than those with black ones - gotta be true feels that way to me lol

I couldn't care less what colour the engine covers are if its blue, silver or even pink. Why does it matter? At the end of the day it's a cover.
