Black kidney grilles, yay or nay?

yeah aftermarket isnt great fit someone stole mine last week and since then ive sen 4 other bmw z4 with no grilles one poor sod had no side indicators too their not cheap to replace. Someone obviously knows these aftermarket black grilles just pop out very easy to be stealing them

I got some new ones and used gorilla seal on them but not confident they willl hold I need something stonger to bond them i think. I might just fit a oem with the chrome trim maybe their just after all black ones in my area.

To be fair either of my pair come out easily enough to be stolen in seconds. I did actually think at the time it wouldn't be hard to nick these.
