Black grilles

Can you fit black grilles to a sport model. Dealer says bumper has to be removed and cost would be £300 fitted. Any thoughts, I thought they clipped out. Thanks in advance.

I think they clip on the inside, not 100% sure, for the sensor things in the corner I know for sure they cannot do it properly without removing the bumper, I had to go back 4 times for that
