Out of the two, the full version works best for me, but then at the same time I'm disappointed with the overall effect. Don't think it has the same impact as the front bumper modification IMO...
Get them to use carbon look vinyl. There are some good ones out there now! That would match your roof. If you carbon vinyl wrapped the rear as the red roadster, I think it would look cool myself. 8)
I've been thinking of carbon vinyl wrapping (I used to install vinls as well a few years ago!!) the centre section of my front bumper to match my carbon rear diffuser. Not sure it would look right on the 3.0si bumper though!
That was my idea too. 3M do a very good carbon film. Though I hate doing things by halves, and feel like I should just get a proper carbon-fibre overlay in that case, made from the real stuff!
Totally Dynamic are the Southport based company. There are other branches dotted about. Some amazing vehicle wraps on thoier website. thought about the CF look. But I think I'll stick to a matt black. Would blend in well on Sixspeed's car though.
Final result!! wrapped in matt vinyl by Totally Dynamic Southport....They're doing an Audi R8 next week, complete wrap in matt black!
Result looks good 'in the flesh' and I'm quite pleased. The rear wrap was difficult as the vinyl won't easilly stretch to such a shape but the lads have done a good job. Will now see how it wears but in the end not a lot of money (£80 all in) for this mod and I can just peel it off if I decide I don't like it
Mstyle from their website seem to say they are covers though (price is less to than on ebay);

just fitted a set of similar from BM Town in Liverpool. Cost me £70 but claimed to be a perfect fit, which they are to be honest. Justpull off old and push on new. Job done!
sammyz, do you have a pic of the BM Town grille fitted to your car?
the ones from BM Town look like gloss black, whereas the ebay mstyle grille looks to be a matte finish
Will post a pic of the grills tomorrow. They need a wash after a fantastic day hooning around North Wales. The vinyl wrapping also took a battering from flies and stones and seems to have stood up well. The grills look good on the car, not as glossy as they look in the pics on the BM website.
I am having the front of mine carbon wrapped to match the roof tom, as well as the grill. I will post some pictures on collection. Will cost £100 which i thought was a good price.
Some pics as promised with the black grills from BM Town fitted. The wrapping stood up to a blast through Wales yesterday no stone chips got past it!
The wrapping to the rear has caused the exhaust pipes to reflect off the red paint above giving the illusion that they can be seen behind the grill. Nice effect. rear is growing on me.
