Black Ellipsoids

Wheels are probably in need of a refurbishment and as much as I promised myself I'd stay relatively standard... has anyone got black or darker Ellipsoids on their Z4?
 
I personally don't think black suits this style of wheel.

Gunmetal or anthracite would be nicer alternative to black imo, but that's me, others may have a different spin on the colour.

What colour Zed are they going to compliment, that'll be the biggest factor when deciding on wheel colour.
 
'Ben g' runs (or ran, can't remember which) some dark Ellipsoids. Drop him a PM and ask if he's got any photos.

Think I've kinda just answered my own question in terms of image, not in terms of whether I want to do it.
 
That's my car :thumbsup: previous owner done them. I liked them at first, but after a while I went off the colour and recently got a refurbishment in shadow chrome. Much better.

Mine are gloss black, very dark, it means I have to look after my tyre walls otherwise they look crap :(
 
I work at a franchised main dealer so hopefully buying the valeters the odd breakfast will keep the wheels up to speed.

Im with NB on this one as well I don't think black suits them either, I had mine done in shadow chrome last year and
was really glad I did, I think Im going to have to put mine back on for a bit now after looking at bens picture
