Black e89 35i

Hi everyone,

I’m new to the forum and am keen to get myself a e89 35i.

I’ve always loved the styling of the Z4 and after lurking on the forum for a while and reading lots of reviews, it feels like the right choice for me.

With lockdown restrictions starting to be lifted I figured I would start seriously looking for a car now.

I’m looking for a black e89 35i auto and would ideally like the mileage to be at least below 50,000 miles. I have £15k to spend but willing to stretch a bit more if it’s the right car.

If you know of anyone selling the above, please let me know.

Thanks for your help,

Josh

One just popped up on Ebay today, slightly higher mileage than you're looking for (75k ish fron memory).

Yeah that's on AT as well

Another one here but above budget but seems well specced and matches your requirements so a bit of negotiation required - https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2012-BMW-Z4-3-0-35i-sDrive-M-Sport-2dr-DCT-Auto-Convertible-Petrol-Automatic/373514881340?hash=item56f738c93c:g:vcIAAOSwVKFgYuF1

Thanks for pointing them out.

I contacted the dealer on the second one as the spec was really nice but it already had a deposit taken! Need to move a bit quicker :headbang:

They are rare, don't hang about long and as you are set on black then it gets harder, just need to be very patient which not everyones strong point - especially mine :D

Bit pricey that 2nd one.

As per advice already offered, patience is key unless you truly have a wedge of money burning a hole in your pocket - bearing in mind we're probably right in the middle of the priciest time of the year (and lockdown lifting probably lifting prices even higher).

Decent spec and mileage and dealers will haggle a little.

As you say summer premium is going to be a factor and lockdown will push prices up over the next few months, going to need all that patience, I would be expanding my colour choice to make the search a little easier.
