Looks like pre-facelift to me - facelift has long narrow foglights, pre facelift has round.

Imagine they could be swapped though, assuming there are no other differences.

Can any one tell if this will fit on a facelift or prefacelift?

Pre facelift, judging by the shape of the indicator holes. Also, unless you have Xenons you will need to buy the washer covers, Given the damage it would not be a straight fitting job, plus its in Southampton which is just about as far south as it gets. (from me that is)

It has the holes for the washers already in it, so you would have to transfer from existing bumper. Fix it and spray - don't think it will work out that much cheaper then a new one.

Biggest issue is the split along the top. It's in a highly visible place so any repair is critical. I assume it's a front end impact sufficient to bend the cover to the point of splitting.

Add up cost of repairs, a respray, at least 1 grille, final selling price & shipping and it stops looking so attractive as a project

Sorry didnt realise the split at the top was so bad - looking from an iphone eBay app i thought it was just a split in the paint.

The aero bumper is fitted to facelifts aswell if you spec the car from new with the option - although they would also have charged you for different fogs

You'd have to fix the damage anyway, so could blank off the washer holes at the same time. Its what I did.

Would not go for this as the split is at the top and to repare without you being able to see it would be virtually impossible

Just been emailing the seller and its a proper split, split rather than like a paint crack or stress fracture :(

I have no doubt of that - as per my earlier post it's obviously been in a frontal impact enough to flex the top edge trapped between bonnet fixings and impact point to breaking.
