Just had a million pop up windows open there...All from this forum! :? had to turn the computer off as everytime i closed one another opened!

It's actually 9129 windows that pop up. It's a new technique we are using to get more people involved, it opens a new window for every thread, meaning you can keep track of every topic all at once.... all Phil's idea, I'm afraid!

LOL, on a serious note, not sure what happened but it sounds like something client side rather than a forum issue.
