Last weekend was my 33rd Birthday and with Covid restrictions I haven't seen many of my car mates! We met at The Village Bakery in Melmerby, Cumbria which sits at the bottom of the famous Hartside Pass.
Some fabulous cars including: 991.2 Carrera GTS Convertible, 981 Boxster S, 996 Carrera 4S convertible and the Z4M Roadster. We had food and drinks then a look around the cars!
Always fabulous to see good car mates all of them ex Z4-forumers met many years ago that I’m sure a few will remember the faces! Was nice to see Paul too as first time I’ve seen him since I bought his Z4MR and an opportunity to take some pics with his new motor too!
We said our goodbyes and we set off to Northumbria.
Destination was Kielder Resevoir, a large man-made reservoir in Northumberland in North East England. We took our two cockapoos Luna and Max, one in the Z4M and one in the 4S. We walked 8 miles around the reservoir and took advantage of the scenery with some car shots!
I usually make these little videos so the images and vids don’t waste away on my hard drive!
Not your usual but lots of nice pics in the fabulous scenery!
Enjoy!
