I've recently acquired a massive smile which coincides with the purchase of a 56 plate ///M roadster (with just 15k miles on the clock). I live c5 miles from the NEC & Birmingham airport. I'm wondering if anyone has a good independent garage they can recommend or alternatively the best BMW dealer I can use?

I've done a search on Birmingham in the 'dealer feedback' section but that draws a blank. Any experiences welcomed. Thanks.
 
woohoo, it seems like buying season is getting into full swing :lol: sorry i cant help as i live in the u.s., but welcome anyways, very helpful group of people on this forum :D
 
sytner solihull or sutton and an independant in tamworth dont no there name shouldnt be hard to track them down.i have always been very satisfied with sutton sytner. :driving:
 
You could try NCB Autokraft (Earleswood, SE of Solihull) - he looks after a huge range of BMWs including my mates CSL.
 
I used http://www.bmwworx.co.uk/ as he is Birmingham based and fully BMW trained.

He was cheapest around for roof motor. I have used him twice now and he is great 8)
 
I tried to have a job done at BMW Worx but myself and Ian just couldn't get a date. I think he's starting up but wasn't working in the week. Great news that he's done a good job - not his first really satisfied customer. In the end I opted for NCB Autokraft and felt Noel looked after me well. Will be going back to Noel for my Insp 1 in 3000 miles but good to have someone else local and recommended.
