bimmec spacers

Not had experience of Michelin runflats but non runflats allways feel softer due to less ridged side wall ...took off goodyear eagle runflats when I bought car ...fitted Michelin pilot 4s and it made a big difference ( 18inch wheels )

What is the point of spacers? Seen a lot of people using them but thought they are potentially dangerous by adding something in-between

They stop the inboard look of the wheels imn the arches....not dangerous at all if you use hubbcentic ones and lomger wheel bolts and don't go mad on size...i have 12mm on front and 15mm on rear.

If you don’t mind me asking how much were they and from where can they be bought?
Got them here

They were £140 including longer bolts and locking bolts

Okay thank you, was hoping a bit cheaper and only need front ones. I’ll have to wait and save up my pennies.

Sounds odd, only needing fronts?
Got weird offset wheels, or already got some on the rear?
If it helps, I've had a couple of sets of these now and they are a very good fit.
I believe they do other sizes too, but it's a starting point anyway.

It’s because a previous owner put 224 m wheels on a SE car. The back almost stick out too far but the fronts don’t.
